Ronovan Writes Décima Poetry Challenge – Prompt No. 25 (STILL) This week, it’s the D rhyme line.

Do not be fooled by the silence
Try to see behind those calm eyes.
Smoldering and melting all ice,
ember mines in full defiance.
A kraken waits for violence
till held back it shall keep its calm
once released it shall change the realm.
if your lesson not learned still
prepare to become the sure kill-
sniff it from the impending qualm.

Do not be fooled by the silence
Try to see behind those calm eyes….I really love these lines. Being silent, sometimes, means acceptance or “hidden disapproval”…. Thanks a lot, Nima, Stay safe from Covid….☺☺
