The Teetotaler / Poem for 7/10/2019

Teetotaler tried to tally
Total tips the tenth time.
Teetotaler could not tally
Total tips the tenth time.

Teetotaler twisted his tongue
Tried telling the tongue twister.
The teetotaler twitched and twisted
The teetotaler trained to twist
The teetotaler then twisted
To tell the tongue twister.

But,

Teetotaler tried to tally
Total tips the tenth time.
Teetotaler could not tally
Total tips the tenth time.
Teetotaler then thought ten times
Teetotaler then turned to a twit
The teetotaler then tried
No more teetotaling.
